OUR PROJECTS

Schools

We provide a comprehensive range of support directly within educational settings. Our school offer is designed to meet the complex emotional needs of young people across various contexts. From 1-1 Prevention and Crisis Intervention to Group Support, our services are tailored to address the unique challenges students face. We deliver targeted training and workshops for schools, and crucially, we extend our support to children currently out of education through our Seen and Heard project. Our approach ensures that no young person is left behind, providing critical emotional regulation support exactly where it's needed most.

Community

Our community offer breaks down barriers to emotional support by creating accessible, meaningful intervention points. We provide training and workshops specifically designed for parents, carers, and professionals working with children and young people. Our group work spans various local venues, with our De-Stress club for young people aged 11-15 being a standout program. We understand that emotional well-being isn't confined to one setting, which is why we bring expert support directly into community spaces. These initiatives are about creating connections, building skills, and providing safe spaces for young people to explore and understand their emotional landscapes.

Home

Home support represents our most personalised level of intervention. We recognise that family dynamics play a crucial role in emotional regulation, which is why our home-based services are comprehensive and deeply supportive. Our family interventions, parent support, and well-being tutoring are designed to create meaningful, lasting change within the home environment. Through projects like Re-Connect and Seen and Heard, we work directly with families to build emotional resilience, improve communication, and develop practical strategies for emotional regulation. This approach ensures that young people receive consistent, holistic support that bridges professional intervention and family understanding.

Emotion Coaching Training

Our Emotion Coaching Training provides targeted support for community organisations, schools, and parents. We deliver comprehensive workshops that equip professionals and caregivers with practical strategies for understanding and supporting emotional regulation. The training covers theoretical foundations, communication techniques, and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to meet the specific needs of different groups. Our goal is to build capacity in supporting young people's emotional well-being across various settings.

Seen and Heard Project (National Lottery Funded)

Funded by the National Lottery, the Seen and Heard Project is a critical intervention designed to re-engage young people in education. We provide personalized support plans that address the complex barriers preventing young people from accessing education. The project focuses on rebuilding confidence, offering emotional regulation coaching, and creating comprehensive pathways to successful learning. Our approach is holistic, addressing both emotional and practical challenges to support young people's educational journey.

Leicester People Zones Secondary School Project (OPCC Funded)

Funded by the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner, this project targets a secondary school in Loughborough with a focused intervention approach. We provide emotional regulation support, crisis intervention, and preventative strategies specifically designed for the school's context. The project aims to reduce potential involvement in negative behaviours, build emotional resilience, and create positive coping mechanisms. Our intervention links school-based support with broader community resources to create meaningful, lasting impact.

De-Escalation Training

Our De-Escalation Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip professionals with critical skills to manage challenging situations effectively and safely. Tailored for educators, social workers, youth professionals, and support staff, the training provides practical strategies for recognizing escalating behaviours, implementing calm communication techniques, and creating safe, supportive environments. We focus on understanding the underlying emotional triggers, developing empathetic response methods, and building confidence in managing high-stress interactions. The training combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on techniques to support professionals in responding to challenging situations with compassion and effectiveness.
